New York Islanders leadership and staff, Thank you so much for the donated tickets. I watched the Islanders\Ducks game from LOGE 5 and was speechless when I arrived at my seat. The view was incredible and the food was exemplary. Your organization, through these donated tickets, gives veterans, who otherwise would have probably never met, to sit amongst each other and bond over common interests....Hockey & serving our country. It's these types events and donations that do wonders for veterans and their communities.

Dear. New York Islanders Thank you for the tickets to your home opening game of the 2016-2017 season. Thanks to the New York Islanders and Vet Tickets. I was able to see my first New York Islanders hockey game. It turn out to be the BEST HOCKEY GAME I HAVE EVER WATCHED. A 3-2 OT win by the New York Islanders. Once again thank you for your for your support of us veterans. Your support gets us to enjoy a night out with a friend but most important it gets us out of the house. I am an active duty Coast Guard member and have never been to a NY Islanders game before. I was really looking forward to the game but my son got sick last minute, so I passed the tickets on to the four most junior members of the unit (one had just arrived from Boot Camp the week before!). They all had a fantastic time and for three of the four, it was their 1st NHL game!! On top of it all, it was opening game so they also received free t-shirts. They came back to the unit more than excited. Thanks to the Islanders Organization for supporting our Troops (past and present).

Thanks so much to the NY Islanders for the seats and their support of the US Military via Vet Tix. We thoroughly enjoyed the game. What was especially cool was the entry plaza and the statue of Captain America! This was just one more addition to a memorable night (along with the 3-2 win)!!

Saw Isles vs Ducks at Barkley Center Sun. Good game. Isles won in overtime. First time I've been to Barkley Center. Outstanding arena,Thank you, NHL & Isles !
