Thank you very much, Live Nation, for the generous donation that allowed us to see Hall & Oates at the Lakewood Amphitheatre. Having access to events like this is a huge benefit to the Veteran community, and your support is very appreciated.

THIS show was DEFINITELY one for the books! Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue took everyone to an unforgettable party in the bayou. The crowd erupted when Trombone Shorty held a single note that had to have been well over 8 minutes long while the band JAMMED in the background. Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings...WOW! It was an amazing show. Starting with introductions leading to a buildup of melodic perfection and all of a sudden the entire crowd was taken to church. Everyone smiling, singing, hands up, swaying, dancing, and jumping up and down almost in unison with the barefoot sweat soaked soul performer. Nothing short of regret should be had if you were not in the presence of this crowd at the time. Hall & Oates. I really honestly couldn't say anything for this. It speaks for itself. They definitely did NOT disappoint. Thank you to the donors. This allowed me to see a band I've loved since childhood.

Thank you so much for the tickets to the Hall and Oats Concert. The open bands were very good also. I was able to take my wife out on a date which is a rarity. Cool part was knowing all the words to all the songs. Thanks Rich

Dear Live Nation, Thank you so much for the ticket donation and the chance to see Hall and Oates. Being a kid of the 80s they have always been a band I wished to see and I can now mark them off of my list. Trombone Shorty was a nice addition but Sharon Jones was amazing, especially when you think the day before the concert she had gone through chemo treatment. Also, what can I say about Aaron's/ Lakewood? Growing up in Georgia, this was my usual place to go see concerts so it seemed appropriate to see Hall and Oates there. Seating is always good, sound is great and the weather was awesome. Again, thanks so much for the donation of the tickets. I and all the other veterans that were there (I saw several other people taking a picture with the VetTix signs) do appreciate it so much.

I want to thank Live Nation for their support. The Hall and Oates concert 19 May in Atlanta was a great time for all. As good as the concert was we also met a number of Vet Tix recipients and had a great time with them too. Thanks Vet Tix and Live Nation!! Steve n Shelly

My name is SGT Velma Robinson. I invited my friend, Betty Jackson, a retired school teacher to attend the event with me. She had never been to the venue! So, I wanted to give Live Nation, a sincere thank you for their gracious donation of the Hall and Oates tickets. We throughly enjoyed the entire concert from the opening acts to the Headliner. Our seats were great, too! Thank you so much for making our time at Lakewood Amphitheater special!
