A great performance that was made better with the digitized movie scenes projected on the large screen and explanations about each movie score. With his son conducting the Phoenix Symphony, the legacy of Elmer Bernstein lives on. Thank you, The Phoenix Symphony, for inviting us to a truly memorable, family event.

Thank you to The Phoenix Symphony for providing the excellent seats to my wife and I for this event. We took another couple (retired military) with us and all four of us really enjoyed the program. We recognized all of the music expect for a couple of them. The event was really well planned and presented. Thanks again from all four of us, Larry

I want to thank the Phoenix Symphony and Vet-Tix for making it possible for my sister and I to attend the fantastic event "Celebrating Bernstein". The special way that they presented the different pieces of music made it very interesting to the novice symphony goer.. We learned a lot about music that we were already familiar with and what the roots were for these marvelous pieces.

This was an amazing night! The music was great, as it always is with the Phoenix Symphony. The visuals on the screen were great, and sometimes even funny. But the coolest part was having director John Landis on stage talking about Elmer Bernstein's life and career! It was absolutely fascinating. My wife and I had a spectacular evening, and we're very grateful to Vet Tix and the Phoenix Symphony for the opportunity to see such a great show.

Thank you Peter Bernstein, Phoenix Symphony, and Vet-Tixs for another great afternoon treat. What a pleasant surprise to discover that the Conductor for this concert was Elmer Bernstein's son, Peter !!!!! Yes, it is true that the apple does not fall far from the tree. There is not doubt that his father had a huge smile on his face looking down to see his son hitting on all twelve cylinders !!! Thank you Vet-Tixs...You've done it again!

My sincere Thank You goes out to The Phoenix Symphony organization and the orchestra. Celebrating Bernstein was one the finest displays of his musical scores and great movie classics of the late 40's, 50's and 60's. Peter, his son did a magnificent rendition of some of his father's music of that era and the big screen display of those same movie classics was, OVER THE TOP. My wife and I as well as our 2 quest had a fantastic time. Thank You once again to The Phoenix Symphony and their very fine orchestra.
