Your donation gave my wife an opportunity to have a "grown ups" night out with her mother and sisters and a short break from the pressures of being a military wife. My girlfriend and I along with my brother and his wife enjoyed the show last night. This was the first George Strait concert I had been to as it was her first country concert. To whom it may concern, I am very sorry to inform you that, even though we were very thrilled to be attending this amazing concert opportunity, we were unable to attend last nights event due to my wifes pregnancy complications. We tried contacting the VTF as soon as we knew we weren't going to make it, but were too late. After a long 5 hours at the hospital we were discharged as a false alarm. My wife was very upset having wished very much to see these artists; this was to be my Valentines present to her. All things happen for a reason, of this i am sure. I want to thank the donor of the George Strait tickets. It was a great night. My wife and I spent the evening with some great people, Mike and Linda Wilson. Me and Mike were stationed together 13 years ago at Moody AFB and now we live on opposite coasts in Florida. We met in the middle (Orlando) and we all had a great time. We are truly greatful.
