We attended the Victory Cup Hot Ail Balloon Festival, but the weather did not fully cooperate. Due to inclement weather the Friday night events were cancelled but Saturday was a beautifully warm day, but a bit to windy for the balloons to launch. The organizers did arrange for helicopter rides for those who had paid for tethered balloon rides that could not be carried out. The polo match also went on as scheduled. Thanks to the organizers for making these tickets available.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to attend the Fredericksburg Hot Air Ballon event. We had a lovely drive going out to the event. However, there weren't any Hot Air Ballons at the event. So, we simply enjoyed the music and food.
