I forgot how loud concerts could be! The audience was enthusiastic and dynamic. It was nice to see the groups who were mainstream when I was a kid not only still performing but staying more nimble than some of the younger performers. I do recommend some hearing protection as it was ear ringing loud in the back of the venue. This concert will be one of my more treasured memories. Thank you VETTIX for helping me and my family to attend this event.

The Village People gave a high energy performance that had everyone in the audience doing the arm movements for YMCA. The main event Kool and the Gang's performance was outstanding. The ad lib of the four horns added a jazzy spin to the rock numbers. Played in the new event center of Sycuan Hotel, the concert felt more like a party. Again, thanks to our host Sycuan Casino Resort and Vettix.

I want to say how much I appreciate Sycuan Casino Live & Up Close Theatre for donating the Kool & The Gang And The Village People Tickets @ Sycuan Casino & VetTix. I have always wanted to see Kool & The Gang in Concert for decades (especially to see the original member Robert 'Kool' Bell)!!! The Kool & The Gang Concert was Awesome!!! Both groups gave wonderful performances (even on a weeknight - Wednesday). My Guest & I had a Fantastic time!!! Great family fun for everyone, iconic YMCA we all dance to from generation to generation. Great crowd interaction throughout the entire show. Not a bad seat in the house. We had so much fun. THANK YOU.
