Oh, what a night! I drove 6.5 hours to get my daughter to this race, and it was worth every minute! After a mandatory evacuation for the thunderstorm warning, and a long, hard rain to follow, it was an amazing race! Kurt Busch, we were rooting for you all the way! Awesome car, and my daughter's favorite color! That was a great start! You're still our # 1 driver! I have so much respect for you and your support for Veterans! You are a good soul! We would never have been able to attend a race like this on our own, so this was truly a privilege and an honor to be there! I would love to shake your hand (and perhaps get an autograph)! We weren't able to get pit passes, but it was still worth the trip. We had fabulous seats! Thank you so much to KBI, Kurt Busch, and Vettix for allowing us the opportunity to attend the Bojangles Southern 500 race in Darlington! We had so much fun, and we bonded together during our drive and the race! We got home at 8:45 this morning, with only one very brief nap at a rest area. I don't know how you do all that driving! Much respect!
