Many many thanks to Live Nation to not only donating Rascal Flatts tickets enabling us to enjoy a great performance but by the support staff that went above and beyond to provide wheelchair and manning to admit my handicapped aunt, my husband, and I into the ADA section. The seats were as close as you could get before being in the mosh pit! My aunt whose husband is former Navy as well as myself and husband idolizes Rascal Flatt and due to her right hip deterioration could not physically transverse the amphitheater without the help of Darbi and the other 2 support personnel that graciously offered support. This is a shout out to Ms. Stephanie Foster Bonifas, Operations Manager, whose well trained staff handled so professionally and with such a kind manner our Aunt's ADA needs. All our love and appreciation, Cheryl, Steve, and Litta.
