When i found out one of my daughter's favorite artists would be playing in Jacksonville, FL (just 4 hrs away) I rushed to get tickets to take her and a couple friends (also military brats). The original seats we were given were in the balcony with a curtain blocking our view of the stage. We went to the box office and they immediately gave us new seats that were much closer to the secondary stage. We had a great time! Thanks for making me my daughter's hero, even if it was for a few hours.
