It's hard for me to go to public events like this and helped for my family support to go with me. I even got 10,000 steps in for the day which is hard for me to do with my military related injuries....looking at all of the beautiful cars kept my mind distracted from my physical pain. My friend, a veteran and retired motorcycle policeman. and I had a great day looking at all the cars and remembering how many of them we owned in the 60's and 70's. It was special when the auction ask all veterans to stand for the opening of the auction. I always considered it an honor to serve, really nice when people show their appreciation. Thank you so much for this great day!!!!!!!
