Wow, what a day! My son and I got there just before kick off and there were so many folks getting recognition for being first responders. It was impressive. The game got underway and within a few minutes into the first Quarter, we had to evacuate the stadium! We still had a wonderful time and we are thankful for the opportunity to have gone to a bowl game. Thank you, Heart of Dallas Bowl!

Thank you to the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl and Heart of Dallas Bowl for tickets to this game! Though the game was short, my son thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to visit this stadium and get some lifelong memories of this game.

Thank you First Responder Bowl and VETTIX. I must say, going to a football game that officially didn't even happen was different. It's a shame the game couldn't continue, because we were having a great time at the Cotton Bowl.
