Thank you for a fun family outing to our first IU football game! It was an extremely windy day, but we all loved it! The kids woke up this morning talking about the game and how they loved seeing the marching band, cheerleaders and football players! The seats were great and we are very thankful for your kind donation. The kids also noticed two gentlemen sitting in front of us wearing Army & Navy sweatshirts and enjoyed visiting with them. It was nice to visit with some other veterans and hear about their military adventures while enjoying the game together. We all greatly appreciate your kind donation and had a great time! THANK YOU! We are so thankful for whomever donated these tickets! We had a great time! I don't think there is a bad seat at the stadium but our seats were perfect! My husband has an eye disease so we typically have to pay for more expensive seats so he is able to see fairly well. The seats were up just high enough to see the whole field! We had plenty of room around us to be comfortable too. Honestly we normally go to this game every year but we weren't planning on going this time because we are having some financial troubles right now. So thank you for helping us keep our tradition going! The day began with sun shining and ended with high winds and temperatures dropping, but we stuck it out! AND PENN STATE WON! Thank you very much Indiana University for the tickets. My wife and I enjoyed the game and the seats were great!! We recently moved here from South Dakota and have quickly become transplanted IU fans!! It's gestures like this, along with the fantastic game day atmosphere and the Marching 100 that have converted us!! We can see what a special place Bloomington and IU really are. You're appreciation and thanks to veterans just makes it even better!
