I want to thank AARP and the seven individual donors that made it possible for my children and I to attend this wonderful event. There were a few other veterans around us and they were also taking photos with their Vettix signs. I felt so proud standing among these men again and sharing stories of days gone by in the sand and water. It was a true blessing to have my children with and see them sitting there quietly, giant eyed and fascinated by our stories. I can't wait to do it again. Thanks again AARP and the seven individual donors - YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
