My husband is currently deployed and his unit suffered a loss last weekend. I desperately needed some sunshine for my soul and to give myself some time to take my mind off of all the bad in this world and the harm my husband faces daily in Afghanistan. I have heard from so many people what a great show ZBB puts on and they sure did live up to those expectations. For a few hours last night, I was able to go and enjoy myself with my cousins and sing and dance in the stands to a great show. When the Army SGT took the stage in his dress blues I was overcome with emotion. I'm so proud to be a citizen of this great nation and that my husband has volunteered to help defend it. I (we) in turn, am (are) also thankful for the support of Americans such as yourselves. A million thank yous are not enough. Last night was just what I needed to refill my bucket as we begin the second half of his deployment and I leave for our new home next week. It was so great to enjoy an amazing show (by all performers) in my hometown, the D!

Awesome! Comerica Park on a perfect summer evening is tops! And, the warm up band was One Republic! Unbelievable! Zac Brown was pure enjoyment and so was the entire atmosphere. Thank you Live Nation and thank you Vet-Tix. Great night of entertainment!
