Thank you Texas stars hockey for donating tickets to the veterans. We had such a wonderful time at the hockey game. The last time we got tickets we were on the other side of the rink, so this was very exciting. It helped that the cookie booth was open too. Our boys love all the events that you guys put on!! Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to attend a playoff game. We now have the hockey bug!

We really appreciated the tickets to this game. It was a well fought exciting game that the Stars lead 1-0 till the Ice Hogs pulled their goalie and scored with about 90 seconds left to tie it up. The overtime was well fought and the crowd went wild when the Stars scored with 8 seconds left. The playoff series ending handshake is one of the finest traditions in sports. It shows that we can fight till the bitter end on the ice but respect each other regardless of who wins. They are always fun to see, even better when the home team wins. The folks around us was predominately vets, a pleasant experience on Memorial Day. Once again, thanks for the tickets, see you in the Calder Cup finals.
