Dear Donors of Columbus Blue Jackets tickets 12 Dec 17, Thank you so much for donating your tickets to this game. It was such a fun game! Goals, fights, fun! I've been wanting to see the Bluejackets since moving to Dayton a few years ago but have not been able to attend. Hockey is my favorite sport so it's great to have been able to get tickets and take my boyfriend (who is Active Duty) to the game as well. We had a blast and what great seats! Also, I had memories brought back when Nationwide arena played the Canadian National Anthem along with the US National Anthem. I worked closely with Canadians, Brits and Aussies during my time in the military and heard their anthems at pretty much every formal function we held in our military organization. I haven't heard any of them in conjunction with our US National Anthem since I left the military. Hearing them both together, was a reminder of the partnerships that we have between countries and the even more important partnerships we hold between each other by doing what you did to donate tickets to veterans/AD. It's very much appreciated and I plan to contribute in some way as well! Check back for our photo (we are holding the VetTix sign with the ice behind us), once I get it uploaded!

Thank you so much for a great event with great seats I really enjoyed finishing out my day with a game with my youngest son whom I don't get much time with now days. We apartment hunted for him before the game then enjoyed a beer and dogs in awesome seats. Sadly our blue jackets lost better luck next time boys!
