Wow! What to say about this event. THANK YOU!!! When we got there, we visited the Captain Morgan lounge and ate first, something called "poutine" which were fries covered in gravy, green onions and cheese curds. That was an experience and fun eating new things. We proceeded to our seats, which were fantastic like ALL Vettix seats. Not really in a hurry as I know Chic only had a couple of hits and was really there for Earth Wind and Fire. Man, was I wrong. Nile Rodgers and Chic put on a show that had us and most of the venue on its feet dancing the entire time. Not only Chic hits, but hits that Rodgers had written over his career including Diana Ross, David Bowie, Sister Sledge. Then came EW &F.. I've seen a ton of concerts with older artists, I'm 53 and pretty much prefer music from the 70-80s. Most of the vocalists have to drop pitch as they are, well, older and don't have that range anymore. Philip Bailey not only still has the range, but may even have enhanced it. Every song was amazing and took me back to a ton of school memories, the women who were part of those and a time when music was about peace, love and hope. Thank you doesn't seem enough for this. Just fantastic!
