Thank you, UC Berkeley, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the tickets to last night’s Big Spike match at Haas Pavilion. Witnessing Cal Volleyball take on Stanford in such an electrifying rivalry was a true privilege. While the outcome may not have been what you hoped for, the passion and skill displayed by the Golden Bears, especially Natalie Lau’s ninth double-double, Maggie Li’s incredible effort, and Gianna Bartalo’s first kill as a Bear, were truly inspiring. As a disabled veteran, opportunities like these mean so much to me. Attending events like last night’s game brings a profound sense of connection to the community and joy to my life. Watching the team compete with such heart and grit was a reminder of the resilience and strength we all admire in athletes, and it felt significant to share that experience. Thank you again for this unforgettable evening. I deeply appreciate your generosity and thoughtfulness in providing these tickets.
