That was an incredible game! Shoulda never been down 0-2, with Sounders dominating from the start of the match and had all the chances—-but then showed incredible resilience to make it happen when it counts. 3 goals in final 15 minutes. Beautiful comeback. Thanks to the Sounders FC for supporting our military and veterans!! It’s awesome to be a part of this community, to root for this team, and enjoy all the PNW has to offer. Thank you, Seattle Sounders FC! My family and I will never forget our first Sounders and MLS game! Down 2-0 around the 70 minute mark, with two young children and thinking we wouldn’t win, we started heading toward the exit. A loud cheer while we were turning the corner into Olympic Hall let us know the Sounders scored and we had a ballgame again. While taking turns in the bathroom, another loud cheer let us know the Sounders tied it. With bathrooms complete and 6 minutes of stoppage time added, we rejoined the crowd to see if the Sounders could pull off the miracle win. The chances were coming, and then, there he was, Jordan Morris, streaking past the defender, one on one versus the goalie, perfectly executing and firing the game winner, are you kidding me?!? The kind of ending you can only dream about, but it was real. Amazing!
