Thank You Vet Tix Donor. I wish I could say it was a great day, but there were showers off and on from when we arrived at 8 AM until nearly noon. The track crew spent the next 2 1/2 hours drying the track only to have a major downpour just before they were about to start the races. We were wearing rain gear and still got completely soaked. The rain continued for quite a while, and we were verry cold and knew that it would take at least another several hours to dry the track if the rain stopped. We chose to go home. I understand that they finally started racing at 5:30 PM. The day was not a total loss. There was a driver autograph session from 9:30 to 10:00 and I got a picture with my favorite driver Antron Brown. I really appreciate VET TIX and am thankful for the opportunity to attend these events. Better luck next time!

Thank you Vet-Tix and National Hot Rod Association - NHRA, It was a wet day at the track yesterday, but we still had a good time. We got to talk with lots of the other fans while we hid from the rain in the table areas. When the skies finally stopped raining and the Safety Safari had the track safe to race on again then we enjoyed the quick laps made before the rain started again as we were walking out to our car.
