Thank you for the ticket donation. My son and I had never been to the drag races and this was such an awesome event. We got to talk and sit in one of the local super stock driver's car and learn all about drag racing. My parents came with and we had such a wonderful time at the event. We would like give a big shout out to the NHRA for donating our tickets for the Northwest Flav-R-Pack we had an awesome time this was our first NHRA race we had been to it was awesome. I took my friend and her stepdad who is also a veteran and we had excellent day.

The first thing I can say about my day at the track is just WOW! I live about 3 miles from the track for over 20 years and have never gone. I can hear them throughout the summer including this morning before I left. Well be prepared to see me again. I had a blast. Went in not knowing a thing and left knowing a lot. The Top Fuel/ Nitro were beyond unbelievable. Cars going over 300 MPH in less than 4 minutes. I was like a kid in a candy store and smiled so much throughout the day. The other thing I really enjoyed was being able to come and go and walk around to see all things that were going on. All the employees were extremely helpful. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible opportunity you provided me with – the chance to attend the NHRA drag races at Pacific Raceways. This experience has been truly meaningful and unforgettable, and I am deeply thankful for your generosity and support. As a veteran, life after serving in the military has not always been easy. Adjusting to civilian life comes with its own set of challenges, and sometimes it can be challenging to find ways to connect with the community and experience the joys of life beyond the uniform. However, your organizations have played a significant role in making this transition more manageable and enriching. When I received the news that I would be attending the NHRA drag races, I was elated beyond words. Motorsports have always held a special place in my heart, and the adrenaline rush of watching high-speed cars tear down the racetrack has an inexplicable charm. Thanks to your thoughtfulness, I was able to relive that excitement and immerse myself in a world of roaring engines, burning rubber, and the thrill of competition. The experience at Pacific Raceways was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped foot into the venue, the atmosphere was electric with anticipation. The sight and sounds of the powerful dragsters lining up, the smell of fuel in the air, and the camaraderie among fellow motorsport enthusiasts created an unforgettable ambiance. Throughout the event, I found myself lost in the intensity of each race, cheering on my favorite drivers, and being in awe of their skill and bravery. The passion and dedication of the NHRA drivers and their teams were inspiring, and witnessing their relentless pursuit of excellence left a profound impact on me. Beyond the races, the kindness and support I received from other attendees and fellow veterans were heartwarming. I made connections and shared stories with people who understand the unique experiences of military life, creating bonds that will last a lifetime. It was truly a sense of belonging that I had missed since leaving the service. None of this would have been possible without the Vet Tix Foundation and the NHRA's unwavering commitment to giving back to the community and recognizing the sacrifices of veterans. Your dedication to providing opportunities for veterans like me to participate in events that bring joy and create lasting memories is truly commendable. I cannot emphasize enough how meaningful this experience was to me. It served as a reminder that despite the challenges I have faced, there are organizations like Vet Tix and NHRA that genuinely care and are willing to make a difference in the lives of veterans. Your gesture of gratitude has touched my heart in a profound way, and I will forever cherish the memories of that day at Pacific Raceways.
