Thanks to MGM Resorts International for donating tickets for Veterans & Service Members to watch The Commodores! This is our first time at MGM Springfield and we were very impressed that they had free parking, a good selection in their Food Court (that's open late!), and they had movie theaters to entertain those of us who don't gamble! The casino floor was well delineated with enough security to guide those with minors to take the tiled pathway to the Food Court AND they had good ventilation because it didn't stink of cigarette smoke! It was a night of good, wholesome fun for our family of four! While Lionel Ritchie was across the pond in the UK for the Coronation Concert of the new King & Queen, we were privileged to stay home and listen to his hits as sung by his original band AND share the experience with our kids who were singing along! What a blessing that was!
