My experience at Elevation Nights w/ Steven Furtick. Well, Let me start with the tickets. I was able to get the tickets FREE through an organization called VETTIX.com. They are a veterans organization who receive generous donations of event tickets and distribute on first come first serve, low price to free, to veterans. I was amazed at the 7000 people at the paycom center. That’s where the event was. Church on a Wednesday night AND people drove through "hail" to get there. ☺️ Here in OKC, there was huge storms with rain, strong winds, hail and tornadoes, heading to the pay com center that night. It was a bad night for OKLAHOMA. The skies were clear when i arrived I parked a half mile from PAYCOM and walked dry to the event. Elevation Rhythm was great. ( I knew some of their songs) By the end of the night I would be downloading some of them. Rattle and More than able are my favs! Pastor Steven's message was the messages he's spoken on his past few sermons about Gideon and the minionites. Check them out on YouTube if you get a chance. If I end up in charlotte NC on one of my adventures, I will FOR SURE make an attempt to attend service at Elevation. The people I sat next to were from the same church Medea and I have attended (not members of though) for years. (Peoples Church OKC) Oh BOY! You should have seen the JOY, genuine happiness and felt the energy eminent from them and all that were within my scope of vision. I've never been loud or hands raising in praise during a service. (That’s the conservative old man spent a lot of time in more quieter baptist church’s kind of guy I am 😉) By the end of the night though, I was the one with the longest arms upward and the loudest singer! (I didn't know the words, but my AHHHHHHHH is always in tune) Im glad to share this experience. God be with you!

Well, this was not the best night for me and my friends to go to a concert. My friend and I were stuck on the south side of the multiple tornadoes that went through the area. I sent the other tickets to the 2 who were already at Paycom waiting for us as they closed down the freeway. They were SO grateful to be safe from the storms and to have such an incredible night of worship and good word. I am just grateful no one we knew got hurt or lost their property. Only minor damages!!
