Thank you Vettix and Mondavi Center. After attending a funeral five days prior this was a good chance to lift my spirits. My daughter was involved in dance herself so it was a great night. We enjoyed the whole show. Great job to all the performers.

Dear Mondavi Center, I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for your generous donation of tickets to the captivating Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance on April 18th. As a disabled veteran, opportunities like these are incredibly meaningful and remind me of the beauty life has to offer. The show was truly breathtaking, and each piece left an indelible mark on my heart. "In a Sentimental Mood," choreographed by Jamar Roberts, transported me to another time and place, as the enchanting music of Gustave Charpentier and Leontyne Price filled the air. "Are You in Your Feelings?", choreographed by Kyle Abraham, was an electrifying fusion of soul, hip-hop, and R&B that truly resonated with me. Finally, "Revelations," Alvin Ailey's iconic masterpiece, evoked deep emotions and left me in awe of the sheer power and grace of the human spirit. The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, designated as "a vital American cultural ambassador to the world," certainly lived up to its reputation. Under Robert Battle's leadership, the company continues to inspire, engage, and transform audiences with its artistic excellence and unbounded creativity. I cannot thank you enough for providing me with this unforgettable experience. Your kindness and generosity have made a lasting impact on my life, and I will always treasure the memories of this incredible evening. Your support for disabled veterans, like myself, truly makes a difference, and I am beyond grateful for your unwavering commitment to our community. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this amazing gift. I look forward to attending more events at the beautiful Mondavi Center in the future, and will always remember the night I had the privilege of witnessing the extraordinary talent of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
