This was the best experience I didn't know I needed. I was entirely engaged throughout the show. It was truly an emotional and cathartic experience. I felt connected to Jay and the audience and the shared collective experience that came with it. I learnt some very powerful tools and found ways to better live my life on purpose, with purpose.
