Thank you Live Nation and VetTix for the opportunity to see Brandi Carlile. The show was so very special. The first time I tried to see her was shortly after my arrival to my first duty station. My closest wingmen were going, but I wasn't old enough to see the 21+ show. Since then, I would joke that my military service was conspiring against me to see her as I always had a military obligation whenever she was on tour. I almost missed this show too, due to being very pregnant in a very hot Texas summer, but I am so glad I saw this opportunity and sucked it up and went. It was a fabulous performance that was well worth the wait.
