I wanted to take a moment and say a sincere thank you to everyone involved in making Vet Tix the great program that it is. My son and I attended the Mammoth WVH show at the Gillioz Theatre last night in Springfield, Missouri, with donated tickets. We had a wonderful time sharing something we both enjoy which is live music and I appreciate being given the opportunity. I was able to discuss with him the example of generosity people had shared with us in allowing us to be there. My son is a patriotic young man and shook hands with a Vietnam veteran thanking him for his service before the show while we were in line waiting for the doors to open. We ended up talking and sitting near him as the show began. Again, thank you for the opportunity to spend a great evening with my son and allowing him to both receive and demonstrate his appreciation for the service others have given our nation.
