As always, the Kane County Cougars personnel were polite and helpful, as always. The game proved to be extra long because the Cougars put 7 runs in the first inning, with a complete cycle of batters, and 5 more in the next 3 innings. What a performance. Fireworks were wonderful, as always. However, I would like to send a VERY SPECIAL thank you to the young woman who was manning the Will Call window that night. She put me in row C, third from the ground, in the section right behind home plate. I have never has such great seats. THANK YOU, young woman!!
