Thank you so much for the 4 tickets. The timing could not have been better AND worse... better because my 8 yr old son's youth soccer team is the NY Red Bulls, he's a soccer fanatic, and the game was on his actual birthday. Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse because we had to cancel the trip to Phoenix last minute because 2 of my friends were in the fatal mid-air the night prior. It was difficult to cancel the trip, but I had to explain to my boys that it wasn't appropriate to go to a game after family friends had died and that there will be other games that we could go to in the future. I tried to give my tickets back for someone else to use, but I wasn't able to on the website... please make an easy way to do that. All in all, thank you to Vettix... the work you do makes some of our best memories.

I just want to say thank you for your generosity. It might not seem like much, but many of these events are used to bring families together and uplift soldiers out of a rut.
