My deep appreciation goes to Vet Tix and the Wolf Trap Foundation for making it possible for my friends and me to attend this exceptional production of two powerful operatic stories told in music and song. My friends, who are musicians and singers themselves, were inspired by watching and listening to the very talented performers. I was inspired by the wit and romance of "Cinderella" and the gravitas of the life and death situations presented in "Savitri". I am directing a premiere of my own play about Reincarnation in mid August in the Metro Washington area and so both the comedy and drama in my play will be influenced by what I saw and heard this wonderful night at Wolf Trap!
