First I want to thank Marketplace Events for donating the tickets to the 40th Anniversary Home & Garden Show in San Antonio. My family and I had a great time going there on Sunday. We weren't expecting to be interested in much. We just went to look around to see what they had, but got a lot more than we expected. We talked to a company that remodels bathrooms and they came out 3 days later to give us a quote on remodeling our bathroom. We talked to another company that does foundation repair and they are scheduled to come out on the 20th. My daughter got her hair done at the show and her Mother bought her the curling iron. Just the day before we went to the show we bought a bedroom set with a king size headboard and frame, so at the show we checked out king size mattresses. All in all we had a great time at the show with so many things to see and a lot of good advise from the experts in the business. I learned how to use my veggie shredder by watching one of the cooking shows.

First, our sincere thanks are extended to the donors of the admission tickets to San Antonio's Home and Garden Show. Also, a big thank you goes out to VetTix for their exceptional service to the veteran community. It's been several years since we last visited the Home and Garden Show and my wife and I had a great time touring the exhibits. We gained several tips to improve our home. Last, heartfelt thanks to the OCONUS active duty keeping us safe and allowing us to have these experiences!
