In 1999 MTV aired a Return to Rock special, in which Lars Ulrich introduce a Godsmack video as "the guys who've brought metal back". In 2004, Godsmack drummer Shannon Larkin said while touring with Metallica "That's our dream - to have a 20-year career, to be like Metallica." Well... Thanks vetix's donors!
