Thanks for the opportunity to see a great show. I received a notice that my account was suspended. I thought I was responding to meet your requirements. I had a family medical emergency for November 27 performance. I attempted several times to inform you via your systems indicated that if there was a change inform your organization. I tried via your platform. My response to you was to inform you I purchased tickets for November 28, trying to change date was virtually impossible. I only submitted my photo because there was no way to process my response unless I sent a photo. If there was a reasonable process to submit my reason not attending on Saturday I would not have sent you a photo of me in my Military uniform. This was my way of saying I needed to inform you for not attending, however, your organization recognized this as an attempt to defraud your system. I never went to WILL CALL, I tried to call to no avail, o made every attempt in power to make this error free, however I did lose money because your system does not allow refunds and you my options were not sufficient to inform you that I had a family emergency. My intent was to report to you as you requested my satisfaction with the performance on November 27. This is an honest mistake, in retrospect I should have let it alone, then I am wrong for not following the guidelines to remain as a loyal customer to Vet Tickets. Please accept my apology and reinstate me to good status with your organization. There is a photo of me and my wife attending the Sunday November 28 performance, which we was great, entertaining and lots of energy. Thank you again for the opportunity.
