I want to send out a big thank you to AEG, for the donation of the tickets. I was able to take both of my sons and reintroduce them to the music me and his mother grew up on. Journey and Toto were still amazing, and we were all able to rock on with some amazing music and artists, and forget about all of our stress and any problems that we have in our daily lives. Music has always been a real influence in dealing with my ptsd, and for that I personally thank you. If the donors ever worked with anyone with ptsd, they would understand how big of an impact music makes on a soldier. Again, thank you.

Thank you for these tickets. The wife and I took a friend (combat vet, with PTSD and depression, to this. We all needed a fun night out and it worked. Great show and great company. We had vets all around us and felt at home and oddly safe in a large crowd.

The concert was awesome, especially as my wife and I both benefited from a night out together! COVID has been difficult for many families and it's been more so difficult for couples with at least one combat veteran, like me, with PTSD. The hits both Toto and Journey kept on rolling and it brought back great memories! Thanks so very much and God bless!

What an incredible event to be able to attend! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My husband and I have not been out for a "night out" in nearly 2 years, and this May 4th is our 3rd anniversary! So we are way overdue! I have PTSD and extreme social anxiety, so this was definitely a test. It was like jumping into a freezing swimming pool and not knowing if you will remember how to swim. I will say this, I have never been to an event like this in my life, I did not encounter one rude, or obnoxious person. There was just a bunch of wonderful people surrounding me, all there to watch Billy Joel, and he did not disappoint! He played some of my favorites that aren't his most popular, but he gave them time and they happen to be ones I love. ðŸ’• He was amazing! And the only downside was it was a wee bit chilly ðŸ¥¶ But very much worth the popsicle fingers and toes. ðŸ˜„
Thank you again for the 1 of a kind, beautiful date night with my amazing husband! I'm so very thankful!

I'd like to send sincere thanks to Speedway Motorsports, Inc for the Pennzoil 400 NASCAR race at the Las Vegas Motorsports Speedway. My son and I have been watching NASCAR for years on T.V., this was our first time seeing a race in person. It was great stress relief for an active duty member suffering from PTSD and it was a nice event to share with and bond with my son. Both of us really enjoyed watching Martin Truex and Kyle Busch battle it out near the end of the race. Thank you very much,

It was an interesting show, until gun shots were released and I was in shock mode. My PTSD kicked in and we left. The seating arrangement was great but the impact of the gun fire was so close you can feel it. It was going good, but I was lost for a moment. I was just getting into the show and out of no where. A couple of shots, so I caution those who have PTSD, to be prepared and be aware that there is gun play. But overall, going downtown to broadway was very nice.

Thank you very much Tacoma Arts Live for the tickets. This one woman theater show is amazing. She is fierce and the show is scarily accurate, at times too accurate which had me leave for a few minutes to catch my thoughts and breath. But"¦. this show is a great way to show others/civilians a little of what it means/feels to be a combat veteran, and it showed us veterans with PTSD that we're not alone in all this. What a gift to having been able to see this show in so many ways. Thank you!

(We were not allowed to take a photo inside the small theater, that's why we took it right outside with the venue name in the background, but that picture came back as "undefined ", hence why I added this photo. I can email a photo of the tickets and with the venue name in the background if needed

I would have never thought in a million years, that an opportunity such as this would have ever occurred. But it did. It came about because of your generosity, kind nature, and thoughtfulness.

We loved all of the bands, Twin Temple was fantastic, we absolutely loved their sound. Volbeat rocked!!! Just amazing. And Ghost, for what little time I was able to see (due to the unknown power of the pyrotechnics used) were off the chain. I loved every minute of what I could see, which is my own fault for not bringing my noise canceling headphones (PTSD, from IED's & bombs).

I wish I could shake your hand & thank you in person. We truly appreciate what you did, & the sacrifice you made, to allow us to attend this concert.

This experience was not as good as the others. I list the need for handicap seating but didn't receive it. we were seated in the very back. As such my child could not see the show. It was dark in nature and they had the smoke on the stage. My PTSD was triggered. Sorry we had to leave early buggy We do appreciate the tickets. It's always a pleasure to receive tickets for us to partake in the events you make available to us veterans. We really do appreciate it. Thank You, Thank You very much.

Wow! What a powerful production! As the father of two teenage daughters, I appreciate the important message of The Fifth Wave.
As a PTSD survivor myself, I can say Mari Nelson and her supporting cast members nailed it, not only how this condition can feel and present, but also its impact on those around us who work hard to love us and to remain supportive and sympathetic despite the obstacles we create. Like Maxx, I am fortunate to have a spouse and children who work really hard to love me and remain supportive and sympathetic even if they don't quite understand why I react the way I do.
