My name is Brandon and I am currently serving my 17th year in the US Navy as a Specialized Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen Chief Petty Officer. During the course of my career in the Navy, I have lived and traveled around the globe, including time served in the prisons of Guantanamo Bay and 4 tours of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am writing in hopes to take my daughter Charley to the North Pole Experience in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is five years old, and due to my deployment schedule, I missed every holiday in 2016, as well as her birthday. At the NPX, we are taken by train to the top of the mountain to the "North Pole". Once there, we will make cookies and hot cocoa, work alongside the elves in Santa's Workshop, and meet the Big Guy ourselves. This would be a magical trip for her before she loses the magic of Christmas. It would also be a great start to the holiday season after missing it last year. We would arrive in Flagstaff on Wednesday and leave on Saturday. Thank you for considering granting this wish for my family.
