  • You must be one of the following in association with one of the five branches of the U.S. ARMED Forces; Active Duty Military, Veteran or Spouse/PNOK (primary next of kin) of someone who was killed in action (KIA)

    • Coast Guard (including Reserves)

    • Marine Corps (including Reserves)

    • Air Force (including Air Guard and Reserves)

    • Navy (including Reserves)

    • Army (including National Guard and Reserves)



  • All Active Duty Military Members and Veterans can create one (1) account - duplicates will be deleted and accounts flagged.

  • One (1) account can be created in the name of the Active Duty Service Member who was KIA (Killed in Action) - duplicates will be deleted and accounts flagged.

  • Only verified accounts can request tickets. After requirements are submitted please give us 3 business days to verify your status.

  • Currently serving Active Duty Military, you can be verified by using your .mil email address as your primary email below. A verification email will be sent to that email address that will require a response. If .mil email address is not an option, a copy of your most current LES statement and a copy of a valid government photo ID will need to be mailed, faxed and/or uploaded

  • All Veterans, Severely Wounded Veterans, Spouse of KIAs accounts will need to be carefully manually verified before ticket request can be submitted

    • Veterans, you can be verified by submitting a copy of your DD Form 214/215, DD Form 256 or NGB Form 22 with a valid governmental photo id after the signup process. Honorable Discharge is a requirement and must be on the submitted DD Form 214/215, DD Form 256 or NGB Form 22. (SSN can be masked/covered)

    • Severely Wounded (IN COMBAT and received a Purple Heart) Veterans, you can be verified by submitting a copy of your DD Form 214/215 with a valid governmental photo id after the signup process. Honorable Discharge is a requirement and must be on the submitted DD Form 214/215. (SSN can be masked/covered) Also, you will need to provide point of contact information for their case worker at the VA Hospital, Wounded Warrior Battalion or Warrior Transition Unit, as well as a point of contact at their current/former military command.

    • Spouse or PNOK (primary next of kin) of KIA must submit Report of Casualty DD Form 1300 with a valid governmental photo id after the signup process. NOTE: Your name must be listed on the Report of Casualty DD Form 1300.

    • All instructions are on status change page after you fill out your information during the signup process

    • All required documents can be mailed, faxed and/or uploaded and those instructions will follow


  • Make sure that you can update your spam protection to receive emails from vettix.org

  • DISCLAIMER: Information is verified by VTF Check/Balances (which may include .mil email address; uploaded or faxed DD214, orders and Valid Photo ID . False information is reported as fraud in associated with Stolen Valor Act of 2005, which makes it a misdemeanor to lie about getting military decorations. If convicted on the federal charge, the person faces up to a year in prison and $200,000 in fine. Your account will be in a non verified veteran status until verification is complete.
