Support - Why Do I Keep Getting Flagged

Please be advised, you may be flagged multiple times for requests which match our flag criteria.

This is an automated process to help us keep the integrity of our system, which includes passing independent annual audits and to help us refine our processes.

We have implemented new security procedures into the system that will require you to provide us with a photo of you and your family/guest at the event via the thank you message system after you have attended the event.

Please read all the rules and requirements on the flag self clearing page when you get flagged.

 

Not uploading a photo of yourself and your family/guest at the event after the event when you have been flagged on that event will result in your account being suspended.
