Support - Why Do I Keep Getting Flagged

Please be advised, you may be flagged multiple times for requests which match our flag criteria.

This is an automated process to help us keep the integrity of our system, which includes passing independent annual audits and to help us refine our processes.

We have implemented new security procedures into the system that will require you to provide us with an explanation.

In addition, every time you get flagged you must provide us with an EXPLANATION as to why you were flagged.


Remember tickets are not guaranteed to the veteran from a bid. That's just putting your name in the hat to be selected to win them.

Your tickets are only secure after you have paid the delivery fee. Once you respond back to us with your explanation we can then decide to remove the flag from your account.

Should you not respond right away, your account will automatically be suspended.
