Support - Print At Home FAQ

Print at Home tickets are not assigned to you until they have been issued to us by the donor.

The donor can issue the electronic tickets to us anytime between now and up to 24 to 48 hours prior to the event date.

You do not need to contact support or create a missing ticket. 

Once your tickets are assigned to you, an email will be sent letting you know that your tickets are available for download, you can also view your request status at any time by visiting My Current Request.

There will be a link in the email that you can use to download the tickets and are downloadable from the My Current Request page.

If you do not have the email you can always go to the My Current Request page, locate the event and use the download link.

Please do not worry, we will get the tickets to you as soon as we can.

These tickets CAN NOT be switched to Will Call Tickets. Print at Home Only
