Support - Missing Tickets (Print at home, 3rd Party download, shipped/mailed)

Print at Home Tickets - If you have won the lottery from an event and your tickets have not been issued to your account. You do not use the Missing Tickets link for this purpose.

As with all Print at Home tickets, they are not assigned to you until they have been issued to us by the donor.

The donor can issue the electronic tickets to us anytime between now and up to 24 to 48 hours prior to the event date.

You do not need to contact support or create a missing ticket. 

Once your tickets are assigned to you, an email will be sent letting you know that your tickets are available for download, you can also view your request status at any time by visiting My Current Request.

 

Shipped Tickets - If you have won the lottery from an event and your tickets have not been shipped to your address on your vet tix account. You do not use the Missing Tickets link for

You do not use the Missing Tickets link for this purpose. Once your tickets are assigned to you, an email will be sent to you with the UPS tracking number letting you track your tickets until they are delivered.

After your tickets are shipped from us to your address, it is out of our hands if the UPS has an error on their end. i.e. wrong address, delayed, undeliverable and/or misplaced.

You do not need to contact support or create a missing ticket. 

 

Wrong or Bad or Broke Tickets

You think or know your tickets are WRONG - BAD - BROKE.

Examples:

Wrong Date

Wrong Event

Same seat numbers

NO BAR CODES

Invalid
