Support - Flash Seats

Your tickets are 3rd Party - FLASH SEATS Mobile Entry.

1)  You will have to download the FLASH SEATS App on your device to access your tickets.

You will be receiving a direct email transfer from Flash Seats to the PRIMARY email address as listed on your VetTix account.


Your tickets will be transferred to your account around 24 hours before the event date. DO NOT CONTACT SUPPORT for missing tickets. We will assign them to you once they are assigned to us from the donor.

2)  Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folder if you have not received it.

3)  Using your SMARTPHONE or TABLET you must click on the link in that email to accept the ticket transfer offer and follow the directions to create an account with FLASH SEATS if you have not done so already.

4)  On event day you will have to log-in to your FLASH SEATS account on your device to view your digital tickets.

Once Flash Seats tickets are claimed by you and transferred to your name through their system, they cannot be returned.

Please DO NOT DECLINE the offer!!!
