Thank you Live Nation and VETTIX! What an epic night at an absolutely beautiful venue. I feel so blessed each time I am able to win or purchase tickets from VETTIX because of the generosity of fantastic and generous organizations like Live Nation. I try to go to as many concerts as I can each year as music is my therapy due to PTSD and some other mental health challenges. Jiffy Lube Live makes their guest feel so welcome and the employees are just simply the best of the venues in the DMV area. I am handicapped and the ease of parking and getting a golf cart ride close to my seats makes it really easy on me so I do not lose feeling in my legs. Boy George and the Culture Club with Howard Jones opening after Berlin played a perfect short set was just such a beautiful combination of musical talent. The energy of stage and in the audience left this Army and Air Force Veteran thinking of days of old and not thinking of nothing but where he was and who he was with that evening. Good to have friends to attend concerts and I have someone in Melanie (pictures with me) that loves the summer concert scene as much as I do. I look forward to being back to see a Live Nation concert soon.

Thank you so much for your donation of the tickets! Revel is the perfect venue to go to for someone with crowd anxiety and ptsd. The crowd was not packed like most larger venues. I felt like I could breathe.

I wish the wish program could be extended to all veterans, and not just oic, oif, desert storm. there are so many vets that honorably served in times of need, that it seems they too should have an opportunity to wish for something that could make a difference in their lives as well.

Live Nation and 98 Rock Disturbed the neighborhood. A big Live Nation Thanks for remembering those with issues about getting out. Giving to help prevent mental health issues, reduce suicide, and allow fun for the worlds greatest organization! Veterans, and First Responders! In my 35 year Military, and First Responder career I rarely went to things for my enjoyment. With VetTix this is possible. Even though this show was not for me it was for a special women that puts up with my PTSD! The love of my life. 98 Rocks, Live Nation, and VetTix allowed me to take her to this show. We were able to stay the night in guest housing on Beale AFB!
From the bottom of my heart thank you for making my friend, my lover and caregiver a surprise that made her happy!

My favorite band of all time since I was twelve years old is Led Zeppelin. This is my first Zepp themed concert ever, and my wife and I were overjoyed to see Zoso members living up to their challenges! The staff was totally amazing helping my wife to her heat and to get around with a broken foot, fresh from surgery the same morning. Orange Peel is the absolute best venue around. We both suffer from PTSD problems and overwork. Getting out to see a show means so much to us. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the Michael Franti concert tickets, Ruth Eckerd Hall! What a magical experience. Our audience got to hear a brand new song for the very first time that he finished writing and recorded yesterday! Then he stayed after the show and gave everyone hugs and more acoustic music. What an incredibly uplifting experience. I have PTSD and it takes something big like this (and good company) to get me out of the house and into a crowd. Thank you for giving me a reason to stretch my limits and go out and experience normal life. I actually feel better today, and sharing a Michael Franti show with my niece is something I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you thank you thank you!

Jimmy Eat World has this song, many of you may know titled “The Middle.” This song is my number one go to song when I feel like giving up, maybe on a project, or other things….but, mostly on my life as I know it and life in general. For those of you new here, hi! My name is Citlalmina and I live with PTSD and Chronic Major Depressive Disorder. Both conditions are medication resistant.

Last September I did a short stint in the VA behavioral health. I was at my ends and was on the phone with my friend Ed. He talked me down and urged me to call the VA. I was tired of being sick and it was taking it’s toll on me, and those around me.

I put this song on waiting for the Lyft the VA sent for me. This isn’t the only time this song helped me out of a dark place, it just had been the worse than before.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank Music & Event Management Inc. along with with Vet Tix for providing my dad and I with these tickets. We’re both Marines however my dad is a Vietnam veteran who received two Purple Hearts from combat wounds and suffers from severe PTSD. Thank you Penn Entertainment. The guy in the photo is my friend Tyrone Gibson (The Singer/Actor Tyrese Gibson ) older brother I grew up with them. I was close to the stage, I deal with Anxiety and PTSD, but I'm sober and was dancing and it was great for my confidence getting out and being in a social setting and just enjoying life and the day. I really do appreciate you providing the tickets it means a lot because I have been using Vet Tix lately to get out and learn how to live again, get out the house and not isolate. I say thank you with tears in my eyes. People don't understand what it is like to have PTSD. Some days are a small living hell as you deal with things, and other days are much, much worse. Moreover, there are many of us that the... bleeping VA has yet to acknowledge. Due to my war experience, I have lost my professional job, but receive no benefits. We are in the process of selling our retirement house. I experience nothing but madness and stress to the point of pseudoseizures - except for a very special two hours last week when I was able to be transported to the 70's when life was good, simple, and for me, innocent. I cannot thank you enough for allowing me those two hours of normalcy. I will never forget it.
