My sincere thanks to Vet-Tix and the Minnesota Twins organizations for an unbelievable day. Attending the Red Sox Twins game with my wife, son, and three of my grandchildren was an absolute blessing. It was the first time they went to a Major League Baseball game. The day after we returned the grand kids came over and the first thing they said was what a great time they had. I consider it a blessing that when I leave earth they’ll be able to remember me and the pleasure they received from Vet-Tix, and the Twins.
I was born and raised in Salem Mass and have been a diehard Boston sports fan. The last game I saw a game at Fenway Park was in the fall of 1975 just before I enlisted in the Air Force. I was stationed at Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City South Dakota. After my hitch was up I continued to live in Rapid City and Gillette Wyoming until 2015.
In the summer of 2015 my wife and I moved to Sioux Falls South Dakota for two reasons. One was to be with our grandchildren and the other was to be closer to a large VA hospital. I was diagnosed with an incurable cancer in 2013 and my time is getting shorter. I am so thankful that I signed up for Vet-Tix and had the chance to see a baseball one more time. Once again, thanks to Vet-Tix and the Minnesota Twins for the opportunity to further my legacy with my grandchildren.
PS I enjoy watching the Twins on FSN.

Thank you so much for the amazing seats to the Twins v. Red Sox game. What an awesome experience with my family. Thank you to the Minnesota Twins for continuing to support service members and their families.
Thank you, Twins! Becuase of the generious dontation, my 17-month old son, my parents and my older brother were all able to enjoy the game and some fun in the sun. I flew home for a short trip and we were so thankful to be able to enjoy our time together at the stadium (the whole family enjoys baseball). Thanks again!!
Dear Vet Tix Donors:
Thanks for the opportunity to attend the Minnesota Twins vs. Boston Red Sox game on Saturday, May 4th at Target Field in Minneapolis. Julie and I had the opportunity to take my Grandson Casey to his first Twins game. He enjoyed the game and atmosphere very much. Although the Twins lost to the Red Sox, the weather was great and the stadium was alive throughout the game. Thanks to the Twins for sponsoring Vets to their games this Spring! It is greatly appreciated!
I want to take this opportunity to thank the donors for the tickets I received for the Twins and Red Sox game yesterday! We had very good seats and the weather was great for the game. This was the first game that we have attended in two years and everything was just perfect except for the score!
Thanks for the a wonderful day at the Twins game. Its great Donors like you that make Veterans feel appreciated. I spent the afternoon with my lovely wife and kids surrounded by Veterans of all Branches. Good conversation and great people.
