My wife, my son, and I treated a good friend as a birthday gift, to see her favorite band, Chicago. At the nationally renowned PINE KNOB!! LOL!(DTEENERGY MUSIC THEATER) Hey, we're die hard Detroiters!! The sound was pitch perfect, the background video, beautiful and colorful. The band showed tons of love to a joyful, enthusiastic Detroit audience that threw it all back at a class act that has been there 70 times since the amphitheater first opened in 1972. PLUS, this was the first show post lockdowns.... what can we say? Thanks LIVE NATION, Thanks DTE, Thanks Chicago, Thanks VETTIX! Thanks everyone who help start the outdoor concert season in such a memorable way!

Thank you so much for allowing me to see one of my favorite bands! It's been a very hard year for me as my health has been horrible, but this has helped me pick up my spirits and also ticked a box off my bucket list. My parents raised me on Chicago and it was such a lovely concert and it helped me feel a bit of normalcy that I desperately needed. A huge thank you to Live Nation for donating the tickets to see Chicago play their hits live and in person! I grew up listening to Chicago and had never had the opportunity to see them play before. My friend didn't think he knew any songs by them but after the show commented that he actually knew a lot of the songs. He and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are so appreciative that your donation afforded us the opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy live music again!
