Veteran Invasion will be a day-long festival and concert in celebration of Veterans Day. Start the day at the Mesa Veterans Day Parade at 11am in Downtown Mesa.

The main event will take place at Mesa Riverview (Dobson Rd./202), with musical acts at Toby Keith’s “I Love this Bar and Grill” (TK’s), booths, displays and activities set up in the Plaza area as well as particular events at Jump and Shout.

1:00 PM:
Kids Craft Corner: Open to public – Have a hand in making our American Flag’s that will be sent to Walter Reed Medical Center or Tie Dye a shirt for the weekend!

Proclamation presented to the City of Mesa by a representative of the Governor’s Office. Presentation done by Governor Brewer, Mesa Council members, Mrs. McCain, Commander at Luke- honoring Veterans.

*$15 donation accepted for all day pass to rides and games throughout event.

*Bring 10 cans for KNIX’s “Million Can Drive” benefitting St. Vincent de Paul and be registered to win a super NASCAR experience at the race on November 15th at Phoenix International Raceway, 2009.
