The tickets were delivered to the billing address and not the mailing address. Since we were expecting to receive them in Syracuse, NY and they were actually mailed to Pennsylvania, we were not able to go to the game. The tickets arrived on Friday and the game was on Saturday.

It's the thought that counts.
